Who We Are

Left on Long Island was founded after the November 2025 Election, in response to strong demand for an outlet that young Democrats could use to make a difference across the island. We want to create pathways for young Long Islanders to engage in local politics, grow their local network, and find volunteer and professional opportunities among left-leaning campaigns and organizations.

Left on Long Island is not affiliated with any national, state, or local political party, but we are happy to coordinate together when beneficial.
