Anyone can join Left on Long Island at any point, but must declare their status within two weeks of attending an event.

Must attend at least 50% of events annually (general meetings, social events, etc.).
Must remain active within designated committee; checked by the Treasurer's records and with the Secretary's approval.
Eligible to to vote in annual officer elections.
Required to pay $10 dues within one week of announcing Active Member status (non-refundable).

Officer Position
All Officers are required to attend all events with three excuses absenses annually. Officers are required to fulfill their responsibilities outlined in our Bylaws, lead their designated committees, and communicate consistently with the rest of the Officers.
